The Albert Brown Community Center, formally known as the Rondout Neighborhood Center, opened in 1971. After a unanimous vote by the Common Council, the re-naming of this community center was officially authorized by Mayor Noble on August 11, 2025.
The Albert Brown Community Center has opened its doors to generations of youth within the Kingston community with countless programming opportunities and educational assistance, and continues to do so today!
School age children are welcome to attend our free drop-in after school program. Emergency contact forms are required prior to participation.
