Naturalist Passport- Bees and Banjos

Busy like a bee will no longer just be an expression when you discover just how busy those bees can be. Participants will learn about how a hive is made and all the different roles bees have inside. Participants will have the opportunity to try on beekeeper gear and join in a honey tasting.
A Naturalist’s Passport is 12 Thursdays of free hands on interactive, outdoor nature programs. Programs are designed for families and are free. Youth participants receive a Naturalist’s Passport and upon completion of six programs, will receive a free gift and a certificate. For more information, call KC Keegan-Twombly at 845-481-7336
