Naturalist Passport- Dragonflies and Damselflies

Dragonflies love hot summer days! You will learn what to look for, how to tell dragonflies from damselflies, how to recognize habitat preferences, and how to capture and identify using a field guide.

Preregistration is not required but is helpful to send out any updates for the program.

A Naturalist Passport is 12 Thursdays of free, hands on interactive nature programming. Youth participants receive a Naturalist Passport and upon completion of six programs, will receive a prize bag. For more information call KC Keegan-Twombly at (845) 481-7336.

Note:

This program is held at Onteora Lake (906 NY-28, Kingston, NY) and will involve some off trail walking, there may be ticks so please wear close toes shoes and long pants.
